Dr. Valerie Parker has a direct leadership style that often seems that she is not authentic but she is evolving so, therefore, her leadership is authentic and journeying together. She doesn’t often sugar coat things but it’s important to touch the harder things in life. Servant-centered leadership is another focal point in her leadership style.
