Hi everyone!
Happy Sunday! This week I'm talking about the importance of "grace and boundaries". Life is getting super hectic with everything going on (e.g. politics, the economy, health, etc.). So, it's super important that we start acknowledging how we're feeling. We also need to give ourselves permission to feel that way, and be okay with setting boundaries to live our best lives. So, let's kick it old school and have a conversation around "grace and boundaries". I look forward to you listening. Please make sure you share any comments and/or feedback. Growth is important, and so is your feedback :-).
