Rotoya is married to Bruce Goodwin Jr. & the proud mother of Malachi Goodwin. Pastor Rotoya and her husband are the founders and Lead Pastors of LIGHT CITY Church based in the DC Metropolitan Area. With great zeal and genuine love for people, Rotoya has led many souls to Christ over the last 15 years of ministry. Prior to founding LIGHT CITY, she served in the local church as an a Assistant Pastor, and as a leader in campus-ministry. Throughout her ministry she has had great opportunity to minister the Word of God and lead hundreds of souls back to Jesus Christ. Rotoya and her husband also are the founders of Engagement BootCamp an interactive pre-marital workshop designed for Christian courting and dating couples. Finally, Rotoya is also the founder and CEO of Pee Wee Piano Inc., a child care center and school of the arts located in Largo, MD. Rotoya is passionate about everything that she does! It her hearts desire to bring Glory to God through every facet of her life. Her greatest desire is to awaken this generation’s heart through God’s Word & His Presence.
