Today’s episode of “Say Less” was supposed to bring a little bit of levity to a heavy couple of weeks, but things sort of changed in the middle of production. This episode is dedicated to the memory of Jas Waters, a good friend and incredibly talented creative writer, director and journalist who thrived in New York and Los Angeles.
After the first segment, Kaz brings in his special guest Famous Los to talk about the restart of the NBA. Los also speaks at length about sports journalists who can’t hoop, rappers that thing they are better in basketball than what they are, which teams are primed for a championship run in a restarted season, Los also speaks about being an underdog in his high school career and how he wants to use his platform to help shine a light on the ball players who are overlooked by ranking systems as well as how his creativity thrived during the pandemic by his one-of-a-kind type of sports commentary.
