The Rickey Smiley Morning Show crew have a big day this Thursday. They started the show with the news that Narcan is now approved to be sold over the counter to prevent drug overdose. And Monique has been open about her public feuds in Hollywood. She now feels that people will understand her after her comedy special with Netflix. Essence Festival have released their line up and it is headlined by Lauryn Hill and Megan The Stallion. It will be held in New Orleans, from June 29th – July 3rd. Tory Lanez’s lawyer is filing an appeal for the shooting of Megan The Stallion due to the lack of real evidence. Also, Rickey gets emotional about not being able to see his granddaughter as often as he would like. He wants to be able to begin to teach grandparents how to fight to be in their grandchildren’s lives. Tamika and Tocha Scott are still going at each other’s throat. But after Gary spilled the tea on their feud, Tocha Scott called in to tell her side of the story. LaTocha Scott of Xscape joined the RSMS crew to get the record straight about what happened between her and her sister Tamika Scott and the rest of her group members. She also addressed the mistress rumors. Kandi Burruss wanted to tell her side of the story and she said she has a different story to what Tocha had to say. This is messy. AND MUCH MORE!!!
