It is Monday on The Rickey Smiley Morning Show Podcast. In this episode, the RSMS crew discusses the shooting at Joel Osteen’s Lakewood Church in Houston, TX. On Sunday afternoon, a woman entered the church with a trench coat and a bookbag, along with a 5-year-old child. She fired upon entering the church. A 57-year-old man was struck along with a 5-year-old child. The shooter was fatally shot by off-duty police officers. The investigation is ongoing. The RSMS crew also went into depth about Usher’s performance at Super Bowl 58. They spoke about the good, the bad, and Jermaine Dupri’s socks. Also, Usher is not the only one that wanted to make some noise during the Big Game. Beyoncé, along with her Verizon commercial, released two new songs from her next album, which will be Act 2 of The Renaissance album.
