At Essence’s Festival this year, Jill Scott did her own rendition of the National Anthem and she spoke the truth in her rendition. Also, India.Arie had an issue with what Megan Thee Stallion and Janelle Monae did at Essence’s Festival. Megan was twerking and Janelle showed boob and apparently Kyle had an issue with it too. Lore’l and Kyle talked about the holiday weekend where people are drinking and carrying on in front of children. Do you allow children to take a sip of drink? They had their opinions and they allowed callers to give their view on this. Demonta from Cleveland joined The Morning Hustle to play Cash Grab today. Jazz joined Lore’l and Kyle for Asking For A Friend. She started dating her property manager in her building. She met him at the dog park and thought he was cute. So he wanted to cook for her. Jazz went to his apartment and she realized that he had a few dogs around. Then she noticed that the dogs were in the kitchen and they were licking the spoons and licking him in the mouth. He tried to kiss her after licking his dog and now she wants to never talk to this guy again. But, she has to see him all of the time. Jazz doesn’t want to ghost him so she needs to know how to not talk to him anymore in a nice way.
