Igor Shaltanov, founder and managing partner of Avista Fund, is a former professional athlete who transitioned into successful entrepreneurship and real estate investment. Currently, Avista Fund serves as a limited partner in 20 real estate deals, encompassing over 3,200 multifamily units valued at over $500 million.
