Episode 57 – Shot In the Neck

Dr. Vanessa Tyler interviews Davis Moturi, a Minnesota man allegedly shot by his neighbor over a tree in the yard. Davis tells us about how his neighbor terrorized his commnunity for months prior to the shooting, and how local police refused to get involved. After the shooting incident, it took 5 days for the police to finally arrest the alleged shooter, after repeatedly refusing to investigate the incident.
