Andy Molinsky is an organizational behavior and psychology professor at the Brandeis University International Business School who has always wanted to make an impact, not just in the academe, but also in other people’s lives. He does this by writing books such as Global Dexterity and Reach, being a columnist for Harvard Business Review, Inc.com, and Psychology Today, and conducting workshops with companies.
Andy joins me today to share how he balances the different hats he wears as a professor, researcher, writer, husband, and father. He talks about the different kinds of transition and the challenges people face when transitioning from one phase of life to another. He also discusses some of the essential points from his book Reach, which presents a new strategy in stepping out of your comfort zone.
