Episode 139: Shifting into a state of pleasure over pressure

Welcome back to the podcast, beautiful!

On today’s podcast episode I am coming in here and making sure that you are living a life of design NOT default. 

After feeling a sense of burnout and defeat from my latest launch, I have entered a phase in my life where I am shifting out of operating my business from pressure, discipline, sacrifice, hustle, etc to pleasure, intuition, nurturing, and resting.

When you work from a state of pressure, you almost forget more and more who you truly are. You lose sight of discovering and playing with energies that actually feel good to YOU because ultimately you are people-pleasing! 

By “people-pleasing,” I don’t just refer to individual interactions, but also to conforming to the established traditions, rituals, and formulas set by others.

When you begin to operate your life and make decisions from a place of please, intuition, rest- you really do witness the unfolding of who you truly are. 

“Who is me to begin with!?”
