We started with premise that:

 1. Every leader has a leadership journey and seminal moments in their life that impacted them and transformed them into the leader they are today.                         
 2. If you are called to lead …lead; Not everyone is called to be a leader and not everyone knows how to lead.

Lastly we broke-down the Leadership Journey into three critical elements:

 ✓ Empowerment – give yourself the authority and power to have a sustained impact on your life and those you lead.
 ✓ Multiply your leadership – You are focused establishing Breakthrough Life Moments and Legacy Building
