Hey friends! We’re back with a new episode and new guests. Syd is joined by friends of the show and ex-coworkers whom she loves, Jenn and Rodney. Despite no longer working together the three have tons in common including being Black employees within corporate America. Despite all efforts by corporations to drive more diversity, equity and inclusion internally, research has proven time and time again Black employees face more stress compared to other groups. Workplace cultures and policies don’t always create equitable work environments for Black professionals. Throughout the episode the trio discuss creating a work life balance, the politics of emails and so much more. The episode ends with a quick snippet about the latest fraudsters in the news.
