This episode with Kasondra Milton was powerful! Kassondra is currently a Software Engineer in Northern Virginia. She purchased her first property shortly after college using FHA, with a plan to stay there for 12 months, rent it out then do it all over again. The real estate market crashed shortly after she purchased her second property. When the market crashed, she immediately started looking at her hometown of Rochester, NY for investment opportunities.

This move paid tremendous dividends for her and since she purchased her first property back home, she hasn’t looked back. She currently has 12 rental units, and is currently under contract for 16 more doors in Rochester using profits from the sale of her very first property.
