For our politics segment, we are joined by special guest Nehad Khader. As much as we wanted to end the year in love and light, we felt it important to continue to raise awareness about the continuing genocide in Gaza. Nehad was generous enough to share her lived experience as a Palestinian who like many of us is attempting to maintain hope while refusing to ignore her duty to her homeland and her people in the fight for all oppressed people throughout the world.

We end our episode discussing the recent verdict of Jonathan Majors in which he was convicted of assault in the 3rd degree and harassment in the 2nd degree. We share our reactions and discuss the qualifications of redemption and potential within the public sphere. Join us…
