This was my hardest episode to record thus far. Jeeeeez! I felt like I was all over the place because this was the first time I really talked at length about how my mom treated me in comparison to how she treated my younger brother.  It felt good to finally give my inner child a voice to some pretty fucked up experiences she had to go through growing up. I shared because I know I'm not the only one and I'm still processing and learning how not to gas light myself and instead believe myself and center my experiences even if others won't.

I hope you find this episode valuable on your healing journey if you've gone through something similar. Love you!
