Emerging Stronger: Lessons From The Coca-Cola Company Restructure Pt 1

In this episode, I share the lessons learned from my experience working at The Coca-Cola Company through a restructuring during a global pandemic and a renewed fight for social justice.

The consultants branded the restructure Emerging Stronger. Demember 15, 2021, I was informed that my position was restructured and March 31, 2021 would be my last day of employment if I did not successfully interview and gain an offer for a new role in the new organization.

This is my story. The views and opinions I share are my own.
