With 13 mass shootings in 9 states over the weekend and at least 246 mass shootings recorded by The Gun Violence Archive in 2022, the country is on pace to match or surpass last year’s total. Michael Nutter is the former Mayor of Philadelphia. He joins CNN Tonight to discuss the gun culture in the city, and escalating gun violence against the backdrop of the Covid pandemic.
