NAACP award-winning actor Jerrel O’Neal is a native of Detroit MI. He attended Alabama State University where he received his B.A in Theater under The Direction of Brian Martin, and Tonea Stewart. He went on to sign a professional acting contract to B Street Theater in Sacramento, Ca. Jerrel is The “Marvin Sims” award recipient for the 2010 KCACTF National acting competition. Some of his work includes August Wilsons “Jitney” (Booster), Loraine Hansberry’s “A Raisin In The Sun” (George Murchison) , and Don B. Welches “YES GOD Is Real” (Ricky). Since moving to California, He has starred along some of Hollywood’s biggest names such has Loretta Divine, Vanessa Bell Calloway, Harry J Lennix and Grammy Nominated R&B Singer Ledisi. #podcast #show
