Slow your mind,

And steady your breath.

The time has come to heal.

Release the fears,

Block out the noise.

And gently honor what you feel.

Your body is wise,

So powerful and strong.

She knows exactly what to do.

The Universe is wise,

So powerful and strong.

She knows how to get you through.

So let go tonight,

Of any heaviness inside.

Anything blocking the light.

And flood yourself with love,

And the extraordinary healing,

That will cover you gently tonight.
