Court: Trump not immune from prosecution in election case

A federal appeals court said Donald Trump is not immune from prosecution for alleged crimes he committed during his presidency, rejecting Trump’s arguments that he shouldn’t have to go on trial on federal election subversion charges. Plus, an unprecedented verdict in Michigan after Jennifer Crumbley, the mother of the teenager who killed four students at an Oxford, Michigan, high school in 2021, was found guilty of all four counts of involuntary manslaughter.
