Anaida Deti immigrated to Canada from Albania 19 years ago with her husband. They had only a few hundred dollars and a big dream of building something theirs, but not much else. Ten years, seven-day workweeks and a diploma later, Anaida opened the doors to her very own dental hygiene practice, becoming CEO of DentalX in 2013. In this episode, Anaida was candid about the challenges she faced being an immigrant, such as having to start over with her dental education and being a one woman show for her dental practice, DentalX.
