What is permission to pause look like for you these days? [Naketa] Previously, when in my burnout phase, it was more about recovery. Right? So my two weeks off, it was like my permission is because I've physically almost like I've injured my leg, I have no choice but to recover. After that, it was more about Oh; I am excited to have this balanced life. For me, it is slightly different now. Which is interesting. Because part of the coaching I do on leadership is performance as well. [Yewande 20:51]
