It’s been over a year since a Minneapolis Police officer killed Amir Locke during a no-knock raid.  Amir Locke’s family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the city and the officer who fired the fatal gunshots.  We will speak with the Locke Family about the details of the case.

Another officer has been fired in connection with the death of Tyre Nichols.  Tyre’s tragic death has reached Capitol Hill, re-igniting the conversation about police reform.  Senator Corey Booker is, again, leading the charge in the Senate with a new pathway forward while Sen. Tim Scott is still playing the blame game.  You’ll hear what both had to say about police reform in a recent interview.

The Georgia Elections Board is set to discuss possible criminal referrals of citizens during the 2020 election in Albany.  A Black Voters Matter employee and three organizers were cited for illegal campaigning.  We will be joined by an Albany City Commissioner and Cliff Albright, Co-Founder of Black Voters Matter, to break down all the details.
