Reframing Ugly Things Said To You When You Were Younger

Heyy!!

Even though it's a holiday, I'm still here sharing my thoughts and experiences with individual and collective self-care for Black women. This work is important to me and so, consider it a labor of love. My hope, seriously, is that you are able to slow down and listen to todays episode while taking full, deep breaths and sipping on something restorative like lemon balm tea or perhaps a matcha latte.

Let's get into todays episode! I want to share my thoughts on how, due in part to this healing work I've been doing, I've been able to bring awareness to some hurtful things that were said to me/about me when I was a child and then reframe it to something that feels more like MY truth.

Press play and let's get into it.
