This week, the Balance Boldly Podcast and host, Naketa Ren Thigpen has the pleasure of holding sacred space with the multi-threat in the sports industry, female broadcaster Erin Coscarelli.
Holding nothing back as she opens the curtain and takes you through her experience of deep guttural grief, balancing work highs, robust schedules, and learning to breathe her way into a new space. Erin’s calling herself out and choosing to show up fully with reflection and celebration of life.
As a brilliant, competitive athlete, (and) vivacious woman in a male dominated field, Erin’s journey to arrive at this hour of personal revelation to finally gift herself the right to be vulnerable was no easy feat.
What to expect in today's BBP episode:
– Owning your way to do, be, have as your superpower
– The dark side of compartmentalizing
– Seeing the humanity in those we’ve made into superheroes
– The power of keeping it simple with one question
– Competing with the old version of yourself vs other people
– Untethering from conditioning and scripts that no longer serves you
