#3743: Own The Platform – Not The Effort

There’s a big difference between working on a platform and owning the platform. I can do the work and get paid, but some of the value I produce still goes to the company and the ownership of the company. If I want the highest ROI from a platform, I need to understand that the highest leverage comes from owning it outright.
