The Mandalorian and Grogu is a throwback to the classic tried and true simple action/adventure movie where the movie wastes no time in getting you invested in the story. You can easily go into this film not watching the tv show because the movie through its actions tells you all you need to know not only about Mando but also of Grogu and the dynamics between the two. Great set pieces, solid visual effects, and a simple yet engaging story makes for a fun watch from beginning to end.
