We all took the week off to celebrate Thanksgiving with our families and friends, so we’ve brought back a favorite episode from the early days of CWLL.
Imagine a lavish life with a wealthy husband where you feel secure that you and your children will be taken care of forever. Imagine the thrill of first-class vacations to your family’s luxurious homes in the most exotic places. Imagine your husband spoiling you with expensive jewels and clothes. Imagine all this with a husband you’re only mildly attracted to. On the other hand, what if you’re a single mom, struggling financially to make ends meet – wondering from month to month how you’re going to survive. Would you accept the proverbial man on a white horse coming to rescue you financially and emotionally? Even if that man is married? Even if you don’t love him, or can barely bring yourself to have sex with him? Most women (at least publicly) say they would never find themselves in either circumstance, but given either situation what would you do?
