 Leonard Young is the founder of NBG Network / Delawareblack.com LLC. He brings integrity and unity to the diverse communities of Delaware and throughout the country. He is a graduate of Florida A & M University (FAMU), with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He has successfully enhanced the promotions and success of numerous Delaware events, organizations and businesses since he founded Delawareblack.com in 2006. He creates his own events/promotions to edify others and creates networking opportunities to promote businesses and organizations. Through Delawareblack.com, he founded the Delaware Black Expo and the Delaware Black Awards. In 2008, Leonard took the NBG Network (community based website concept) to 4 other cities. Now in 15 cities, the NBG Network websites provide ever valuable information to its fans and subscribers. Currently, Leonard actively gives back to the community and assists other organizations in providing hands on opportunities for them to build upon their dreams.
