Most people are not good leaders, so why does the current working climate encourage folks who may be better suited as subject-matter experts & practitioners to move into leadership roles for which they may not be a good fit? Margo & Tashira sound off on their experiences in leadership positions, their experiences with how mediocrity can indeed, flow to the top, and why we probably shouldn’t be encouraging folks into leadership positions if it isn’t something they are really interested in pursuing (outside of the financial compensation that often goes hand in hand with leadership positions.)

We then move on to a discussion of some of the wonderful things we get to do as, “nasty women” or how VP nominee J.D. Vance might describe some of us as: “childless cat ladies.”
