EJ has a passion for helping to develop leaders at all levels. She is a trusted business adviser in helping leaders at all levels work toward reaching business, recruiting and people experience objectives.
EJ attended the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) to obtain her coaching certification and is certified through The Leadership Circle.
The loving “dog mom” of two little fur babies (Milo & Cricket), EJ and her husband, Shaun, live in the Washington Metro area.
