Amanda lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband and two kids. She spent years in the W-2 world loving her job and then realized she was pulled to create her own business. After having her first baby and returning from maternity leave, she started her first business. The business ended up being a total failure but in 2018, she pivoted into real estate investing.

Starting with single-family investments at first, then notes, and ultimately mobile home parks. Today, she works with her husband. They have three mobile home parks and are looking for others!
