Ep 68-How to Achieve Financial Freedom Through Real Estate 

Maurice Philogene has been investing in real estate for almost 20 years. He started with condos and single family homes, then transitioned into large apartment complexes in 2015. He is also a real estate developer working on a large project in the Mediterranean. 

A turning point in his life was when he did an exchange student program that gave him the opportunity to spend a summer in France. From this moment, he knew that he wanted to achieve financial freedom and travel the world. 

He purchased 10 properties in his first year. 12 years later, he was at 35 doors and six figures in passive income. Since 2015, Maurice and his company, Quatro Capital have been investing in large multifamily properties.
