The two-way star was injured two weeks ago in the Colorado State game, but after the Oregon loss told Deion Sanders that he absolutely needed to play against USC. Sanders revealed what Hunter texted him after the game

17:00To conclude the episode, I look ahead to the USC game this week. Colorado has another matchup with a top-10 team, and this time they may have a better chance based off of matchups. USC has a better offense which won’t help the case for Colorado’s defense, but their defense is mediocre at best and was pushed by one of the worst teams in the country in Arizona State. So, Colorado should bounce back on offense and compete.
