As a licensed clinical social worker, I have over a decade of experience working with children and families to improve their relationships and home dynamics. Marrying my 16 years of conscious parenting with my clinical background in children’s mental health, I inspire millennial moms and wives to implement mindset shifts and routines to make their lives easier. In my spare time, I love going to a fun brunch or festival, reading a good book, and watching reality TV shows from the early 2000s.
