In this episode, I discuss the new program running in New York City, which could pay homeowners up to  $395,000 to construct tiny homes/ADUs. This initiative by the New York Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the PLUS One ADU Pilot Program, is designed to fuel the creation of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) on one’s property – all in the name of building more affordable housing.  I share my opinion on the program and what I think should be done going forward.
