Hi there Beautiful,

This is a love letter and affirmational soul talk for Black women who never felt beautiful. 

I spent my entire life believing that I was not beautiful. I looked at what was celebrated in media and looked at myself and saw that I wasn’t the phenotype for Beauty in the states. 

I wasn’t even the phenotype for beauty in the Black community. 

I’m discovering the reasons why I never thought I was beautiful. 

I’m doing the work to unlearn this, to accept myself, love myself and finally see myself as beautiful, as a work of art, as a masterpiece.
