Before you lock in with someone, you have to make sure you both envision your future together from the same perspective. This isn’t to say you have to agree on every single little thing but the things that are important? Definitely. And these particular things need to be discussed prior to getting into a relationship because it’s a tough realization that you’ve wasted your time. Does this person even want children? Do they want to stay in their hometown forever? Did they vote for Trump? So many things that can cause an individual to realize they are not compatible with a person can be figured out in the TALKING stage if people actually asked questions.
