In this episode we have a candid and off the cuff conversation about LONELINESS. I take a deep dive into what happens when you work on healing it by going straight to its core! People don’t seem to understand just how serious loneliness can be if we just continue to brush it aside like it’s not a big deal. There are so many health risks, and not just our mental and emotional health. Loneliness can adversely affect our physical health just as well.  

I discuss the difference between LONELINESS and SOLITUDE or BEING ALONE. There is a MAJOR difference and if you aren’t aware of what those differences are, well you need to just tune in and get some of this good information. Go get some tea, then come and get the tea!
