Comparing yourself to other moms is a sure way to reduce your confidence, motivation, and self-esteem.

It’s a sure way to make you feel like you are not enough, frustrated, or have false confidence.

It must be natural to make these types of comparisons because everyone does it.

However, this doesn’t mean that it is a good thing.

If you want to become the best possible you, you have to avoid comparing yourself to other moms.
