Dr. Carol Brown is a four-time published author, artist-songwriter, president of Lorac Publishing House,

and Lorac Educational Research & Design. Additionally, for over twenty years, she was an educator and

administrator in a large public school district located in Massachusetts.

She addresses physical, social, and emotional issues as they pertain to teen obesity, bullying, colorism,

and racism, at work and in communities. Her book, “Racism- Young People are Finally Having This

Conversation” was discussed in a YouTube video titled, “An Evening with Dr. Carol Brown as she
