Hey Mama! Just checking in. How are you doing? In this episode, we talk through what it means to push through the pain or keep going even after burnout. Using the Naomi Osaka story as the backdrop, we explore why it is important and even okay to walk away from any situation that is threatening your mental health, even if it means work or familial relationships. This episode will give women tips on how to identify the signs of burnout and how to manage mental health. We will also talk about what it means to check on your sisters, I mean REALLY check on your sisters.
Myth: You should push through the pain and keep going even when your mental health is threatened. It is better to finish than quit.
