My Year in Review

podcast January 3, 2018

Background

In this episode, I’m recapping 2017, lessons learned, challenges, my word for the year and everything in between. I share a few of the goals I am working on in 2018 and how I’m deciding to do it with ease. Often times we put too much unnecessary pressure on ourselves and as a result, we feel stressed out. I’m challenging you to do the work this year but I also want you to do what feels good to you and most of all SHOW UP for yourself like never before.
