New week, new episode! We’re back but not sure if we’re exactly better. Syd shares how she’s pretty much at wits end with being completely depleted and exhausted. As she looked further into it she’s realized she’s sorta nearing a burnout. Quite common considering our society’s culture of working and giving our all until we have nothing left, burnout occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands.
