Black History Month with Irv Roland

Tamika and Mysonne kick off the first episode for Black History Month discussing how they can continue to empower our people and create a structure within society’s structure. They also discuss how important it is for our kids and the younger generation to learn and understand their black history. This episode also highlights Irv Roland who is a part of the organization “Until Freedom” and speak with him about his inspired transition from basketball to community work, his experience with marches, and what steps the NBA should take with the movement.
