Syd is joined by Karin Freeland, speaker, life coach and author of the hilariously relatable novel, “The Ins and Outs of My Vagina: A Penetrating Memoir.” The ladies discuss everything from floundering through puberty, gynecologist appointments,  accepting your body and why your esthetician asking you to get on all fours can be quite awkward. Did you even know that only 20% of women can achieve orgams through penetration? Overall, vaginas are actually amazing organs and if anything they can tell you a lot about how your life is going.
