In this episode, Amari interviews her sister Brianna Pollard, the Global HR Reporting Lead at Otis Elevators. Brianna has managed to climb her way up from intern to her current position and explains what it is like to find success early on in your career. She discusses being a millennial who actually is staying at a job for a long period of time, avoiding burnout, saying yes within reason and setting boundaries for yourself. Brianna also touches on the challenges of being in a leadership role as a black woman in America as well as the complicating reality of how life situations change the way you set goals for the future.
