Vanessa Goodar experienced two failed IVF rounds, a failed insemination, and had an involuntary hysterectomy at age 37. Her ex-husband placed her in a psychiatric facility for the homeless and uninsured due to systemic racism. Vanessa was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder and treatment.
