Lena Kessler

Joining us in the studio today is Lena Kessler! Lena is a sport psychology performance consultant specialising in martial arts. Lena has worked with elite, grass- root and youth athletes from a range of sports including boxing, cycling, figure skating, football, athletics, rugby, weightlifting and lacrosse. Lena works within the British Psychological Society’s professional codes of conduct and sits on their Division of Sport and Exercise Psychology Committee.
